However, please be aware that situations involving immediate risk to yourself or others may require us to breach confidentiality to ensure safety.
2. Inclusivity and Diversity Policy:
Tou Tīrairaka Limited is dedicated to serving clients from all neurodivergent backgrounds. We provide a safe and inclusive space where individuals of varying abilities, experiences, and identities are welcomed and respected.
3. Communication and Boundaries Policy:
We value effective communication with our clients. Our standard communication channels include in-session discussions and scheduled emails. Outside of sessions, please allow up to 24 hours for a response to non-urgent messages. Boundaries for communication outside of scheduled sessions are in place to maintain a balanced professional relationship.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that circumstances may necessitate changes to scheduled sessions. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
5. Payment and Refund Policy:
Our coaching rates are outlined on our website. Payment can be made through our accepted methods. In the event of a cancellation, refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for further details.
6. Assessment and Goal-Setting Policy:
